TITLE: Warm Mineral Springs Historical Evaluation Report
Recommended Action
Accept the final report from DMK Consultants regarding the historical relevance of the buildings at Warm Mineral Springs and authorize completion of Task #2.
Background Information
At the February 23, 2016 Commission meeting, Commission authorized a work assignment to DMK Consultants to prepare a historical evaluation of the two (2) main buildings and Cyclorama at Warm Mineral Springs.
DMK has completed this analysis and found the buildings to be of historic value. Should the Commission agree with the findings, it is recommended that the Commission accept the final report and provide direction to authorize completion of Task #2 which involves a structural assessment of the buildings to determine feasibility of repair, restoration or replacement.

The cost for Task #2 is $8,650 as show in Attachment 2.
Procurement
February 24, 2016, Work Assignment #8/GS2016-01 established DMK’s cost for Task #2 in the amount of $8,650.
