Recommended Action
Appoint Kim French to the Community Economic Development Advisory Board as the Diversified Light Industrial/Manufacturing Representative to serve from June 9, 2020 to June 9, 2022.
Background Information
Currently there are three (3) vacancies on the Community Economic Development Advisory Board including one (1) vacancy for the Diversified Light Industrial/Manufacturing Representative. The vacancies have been announced as required and the City Clerk has received one (1) application from Kim French. Mr. French currently resides in Sarasota County. This Board does not have residency requirement for those applicants who fit the criteria. Mr. French serves on no other Boards or Committees in North Port and his application has been provided for review and consideration.
