Recommended Action
Accept the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.
Background Information
In December of 2019, the City contracted with Mission Matters Consulting & Coaching Group to conduct strategic planning sessions. During the months of January and February 2020 Ms. Christie Nolan, Consultant & Certified Professional Coach with Mission Matters, conducted several strategic planning sessions with Commission and staff. Ms. Christie Nolan will be presenting the Strategic Plan developed as a result of those sessions.
