Background Information
COVID-19 has created chaos for North Port citizens, local businesses (of all sizes), government entities and the local tourism industry. In preparation for the upcoming FY 20/21 budget workshops, Mayor McDowell felt it would be helpful to discuss how the shut-down has affected tourism revenue dollars and strategies for recovery.
