TITLE:                      Second reading of Ordinance 2019-18 modifying the City-Wide Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2019-2020

 

Recommended Action

Approve Ordinance 2019-18.

Background Information

 

The attached ordinance amends the City-Wide fee schedule for fiscal year 2019-2020.  Backup material provided identifies changes to the City-Wide Fee Ordinance Appendix A using strike-through and underline for deleted/new/modified fees.

**Please note:  Attached are two Ordinances A and B and their appropriate backup material.  Ordinance A details what the Parks and Recreation fees would be without collecting additional sales tax; Ordinance B lists the Parks and Recreation fees with additional sales tax added.

The ordinance has been reviewed by legal for form and correctness.

Financial Impact

The ordinance provides for the fees that the City will charge for services provided.  Without this ordinance, the City would continue to charge the fees established under the current ordinance.
