Review and discuss SKY Family YMCA notice to vacate Al Goll facility.
Background Information
The City Manager’s office received a letter dated July 1, 2019 from the SKY Family YMCA stating their intent to vacate the facility in 180 days. The terms of the agreement confirm 180 day notice is required. The facility is currently utilized to provide day care services. According to the letter, the last day of care is September 30, 2019.
Attached please find the letter from the YMCA and the facility management agreement to be reviewed and discussed by the Commission.
