TITLE: Update on West Villages Development

Background Information
At the Tuesday, May 28, 2019 Commission meeting, Commissioner Carusone requested a meeting with Planning staff to go over development within the West Villages. Staff felt that this would be a beneficial discussion to have with the entire Commission and offered to give a presentation on the item. The attached presentation and discussion will highlight the development review process and current status of development in the West Villages, along with a brief overview of the Principles of Agreement.
