Present the Proclamation to Liz Alvarado, Lead Domestic Violence Advocate Safe Place And Rape Crisis Center, Inc.
Background Information
Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center (SPARCC) provides free services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children in Sarasota and DeSoto Counties, and seeks to stop the crime of domestic violence through awareness and education and requested a proclamation recognizing October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
