City Commission proclaim July 2017 as Parks and Recreation Month in the City of North Port, FL.
Background Information
Since 1985, America has celebrated July as the nation’s official Park and Recreation Month. The National Recreation and Park Association with the City of North Port proclaim the month of July as Parks and Recreation Month and call upon recreation supporters to join in recognizing the importance of our nation’s parks and recreation facilities.
Sandy Pfundheller & Maureen Coble, Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Chair, will be accepting the Proclamation.
