Recommended Action
Discussion and possible action regarding holding tentative dates for Commission meetings
Background Information
In the most recent Commission meetings, Commission has requested staff schedule three meetings, as soon as possible, to discuss important City business. Scheduling meetings is becoming a difficult process due to Commissioner’s schedules. If the Commission were to have specific date(s) consistently available, every month, to use as placeholders for future Special Meetings or Workshops this would help facilitate scheduling.

• the last Friday of the month
• the 3rd Thursday of the month
• the 1st Wednesday of the month
