Appointment of James Sawyer as a Regular Member to the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board.
Background Information
There are currently two vacancies for Regular members on the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board. The vacancies have been announced at the Commission Regular Meetings from January 9, 2018 through October 9, 2018. The City Clerk’s Office has received one application from James Sawyer and there are no other applications pending. Mr. Sawyer has just completed his second term on the Public Utilities Advisory Board which expired on September 13, 2018 and his attendance at the meetings was excellent. The application for Mr. Sawyer has been submitted for your review and consideration.
