Certificates of Achievement presentation to the 2018 Goblin Committee
Background Information
The 2018 Goblin Committee was made up of 31 dedicated employees who worked together as a team to make the 12th Annual Trick or Treat at City Hall event, held on October 26 successful. This community event would not have been possible if not for the dedication of City employees and volunteers working together to transform all three floors of City Hall into Marvel Comics; Hotel Transylvania 3; and Toy Story themes. The overarching goal of this event is to provide the children of North Port an alternative to trick or treating in a safe and fun environment.
Staff requests that Commission recognize the 2018 Goblin Committee members and thank them for their dedication and hard work. In addition to the committee members recognized below, there are numerous city employees, volunteers, and family members who participated to make this event successful. Parks & Recreation is planning a volunteer appreciation event in the Spring 2019, where all volunteers will be recognized for their efforts.
