Recommended Action
Approve Resolution 2019-R-04, a Resolution of the City of North Port, Florida pertaining to the donation of one parcel of real property to the City of North Port and directing the acceptance of said parcel of real estate, providing for conflict, providing for severability and providing an effective date.
Background Information
Mary L. McCullen, Thomas E. Okuly, Denise A. Okuly, Suzanne M. Neil, and Douglas R. Okuly, have offered to donate their vacant lot to the City of North Port.
