TITLE: Presentation of the Trick or Treat at City Hall, People’s Choice Trophy
Recommended Action
Present the Trick or Treat at City Hall, People’s Choice Trophy to the second floor.
Background Information
This year the Trick or Treat at City Hall event was held on October 27, 2017 and nearly 3,200 people visited City Hall to experience three floors of Halloween scenes and costumed characters. Each attendee was polled upon exiting the event to vote for their favorite floor. This year the floors were transformed into a Monster Mash Bash (1st floor); Beauty and the Beast (2nd floor); and the Lego Movie (3rd floor). A friendly competition between the floors has grown over the years, and employees and volunteers take great pride in their Halloween transformations.
A total of 2,339 votes were cast and the second floor captured an astounding 1,452 (or 62%) of the total votes taking home the 2017 People’s Choice trophy. Please congratulate the second floor team for a job well done!
