Recommended Action
Approval of compensation strategies recommended by Human Resources.
Background Information
At a Special Commission Meeting held on October 17, 2017, City Commission directed staff to explore options for compensation strategies directed at longevity, certifications, educational incentives, and pay structure progression. Staff is recommending the attached proposals as well as Commission direction on options to help the City move forward as a competitive employer of choice.
