Approve draft 2019 PZAB Meeting Schedule
General Information
Per City Code Sec. 4-4. - Meetings. (a) An annual calendar of regular meeting dates shall be approved at the first board meeting of every year. These regular meetings shall be used in determining attendance records.
The attached draft meeting schedule for 2019 lists the dates and times that fall on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month with one exception: Thursday July 4, 2019 is a holiday; therefore, Tuesday July 2 is proposed instead.
