TITLE: Public Utility Advisory Board 2018 Annual Report to Commission

Background Information
The Public Utility Advisory Board members are proud to present their Annual Report detailing the past year’s activities and outlining the future goals planned for the Board.
This Annual Report is being presented pursuant to City Code Section 4-7 - Reports, which states: “All boards shall provide verbal or written reports to the city commission to include the previous fiscal year's activities and their goals for the following fiscal year in the first quarter of the calendar year each year. The city commission shall review the annual reports, duties, responsibilities and goals of the boards, and thereafter meet with the boards to address issues if necessary.”
The board currently consists of Victor Dobrin Chair, Alicia M. Phidd Vice-Chair, William Bowteck, David MacIntyre, and Arthur Landry, II.
Past members deserving recognition for their participation on the Board during the time period covered in this report are James Sawyer and Nicholas Trolli.
