Recommended Action

 

Approve Resolution 2018-R-33, a Resolution of the City of North Port, Florida pertaining to the donation of one parcel of real property to the City of North Port and directing the acceptance of said parcel of real estate, providing for conflict, providing for severability and providing an effective date.

 

Background Information

 

Melvin Fisher has offered to donate his vacant lot to the City of North Port.

 

Staff has reviewed the offer and approved the request for donation. There are no liens on this property as noted on the tax record attached from the Sarasota County Tax Collector.
