TITLE: Ordinance No. 2018-42, First Reading, Annual revision and update to the Capital Improvements Element of the Comprehensive Plan, adding a fifth year and projects related to Level of Service standards and adopted 2018-2019 Sarasota County School Board Capital Improvement Plan by reference, CPA-18-167

Updated revenue and expenditure data is provided from the City of North Port's adopted Capital Improvement Program and the Sarasota County School District Five-Year Capital Improvement Projects Budget 2018-2019.

The proposed amendment is internally consistent with the various elements of the Comprehensive Plan. The proposed language adds a fifth year to maintain an updated Comprehensive Plan and ensures consistency with state and regional requirements.
