Recommended Action

For discussion and possible action to continue to second reading at the February 7^th, 2019 meeting.

Background Information

The Commission directed staff on December 6, 2018 that Ordinance No. 2017-15, creating a Youth Council, come back for first reading.

Included for your review is a memo explaining the origin of this ordinance and the revisions the City Attorney made to the 2017 version.
