Background Information
Vice-Mayor Yates received an email from the ManaSota League of Cities stating that the Florida League of Cities requests that member municipalities pass a resolution in recognition of 50 years of home rule in Florida.
The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the resolution as to form and correctness.
