Background Information

At its November 13, 2017 regular meeting, the City Commission directed the City Manager and City Attorney to work with Commissioner McDowell to draft an ordinance for the Commission’s consideration.  City Manager Lear and City Attorney Slayton subsequently met with Commissioner McDowell and City Attorney Slayton drafted Ordinance No. 2018-01.
