Recommended Action
Appointment of Scott Duff as the Fifth Trustee to the Firefighters Pension Board of Trustees.
Background Information
At the Firefighters’ pension Board Meeting on February 8, 2018, Scott Duff was elected by the other four Trustees as the Fifth Trustee and they, herby submit his name to the North Port City Commission so that they may, as a ministerial duty, appoint him to the Board of Trustees as its fifth Trustee in accordance with Ordinance No. 91-6.
