Appointment of Joeann Fraser as a Member of the Public Utility Advisory Board.
Background Information
There is currently a vacancy for one (1) Member to the Public Utility Advisory Board and there are no other applications pending. The Vacancy was announced at Commission Regular Meetings from September 2017 through November 2017. Ms. Fraser has been a resident of the City of North Port for 20 years and is not currently serving on any other boards or Committees. Ms. Fraser previously served on the Public Utility Advisory Board from May 24, 2004 through April 9, 2016 and has met the requirement of waiting form one (1) year to reapply after her last term expired. While serving on the Utility Advisory Board Ms. Fraser’s attendance at meetings was excellent.
