Recommended Action
Adopt Resolution No. 2017-R-39, which repeals Resolution No. 2017-R-19 and thereby dissolves the Medical Hospital Task Force.
Background Information
On May 23, 2017, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2017-R-19, creating the requirements for the Medical Hospital Task Force. Section 4.01 of that Resolution provides that it shall automatically be repealed either twelve (12) months after the first meeting of the task force or on September 30, 2018, whichever date is the later.
At its November 2, 2017 special meeting, the City Commission unanimously voted to disband the Medical Hospital Task Force.
Resolution No. 2017-R-39 repeals Resolution No. 2017-R-19, thereby dissolving the Medical Hospital Task Force.
