Approve Ordinance No. 2017-15, second reading, amending North Port City Code Chapter 4, to add a new Article IX creating the North Port Youth Council
Background Information
At the June 1, 2017 City Commission Special Meeting, the Commission continued Ordinance No. 2017-15 to the June 27, 2017 meeting for second reading. The Commission directed the Interim City Attorney to make certain changes to the language of the ordinance, including a codification of its contents at Chapter 4, Article IX of the City’s administrative code. The Commission directed the City Clerk to advertise the revised ordinance.
