TITLE: Approval of Agreement with Teen Court of Sarasota, Inc.
Recommended Action
Approve Agreement with Teen Court of Sarasota, Inc. to address terms and conditions while utilizing space in City facilities.
Background Information
On March 5th, 2019, a discussion took place during Commission Communications regarding an encounter involving a Teen Court parent and a City employee. Due to the nature of the conversation it was decided that in the best interest of both parties that an agreement is drafted to communicate level of expectations for conduct and communication.
This Agreement will cover any City facility that Teen Court utilizes.
