City Commission Options

Option 1: Approve Ordinance No. 2026-08 as presented on first reading and continue to second reading on April 21, 2026.

* Pros: Approval of Ordinance No. 2026-08 fulfills statutory requirement for annual review and update of the capital improvements schedule of the Capital Improvements Element (CIE) of the Comprehensive Plan for consistency with the City's adopted levels-of-service standards for public facilities.
* Cons: There is no identifiable disadvantage to approval of Ordinance No. 2026-08.

Option 2: Deny Ordinance No. 2026-08.

* Pros: There is no identifiable advantage to denial of Ordinance No. 2026-08.
