Background Information

During the City Commission Regular Meeting held on September 13, 2022, a motion was made to direct the City Clerk to draft an ordinance to disband the Public Utility Advisory Board. 

Pursuant to the Commission’s direction, the City Clerk has drafted Ordinance No. 2022-29, Disbanding the Public Utility Advisory Board.

Ordinance No. 2022-29 has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.

First Reading - On October 11, 2022, Commission approved continuing Ordinance No. 2022-29 to second reading on October 25, 2022.
