Recommended Action
Approve Sixth Amendment to Construction Manager at Risk Contract No. 2023-17.002 for Construction Services Contract, Phase II with Halfacre Construction Company in the amount of $35,946.68, for Hurricane Ian Repairs at Marina Park.

> June 6, 2024: Halfacre Construction Company submitted a GMP proposal. This Amendment to Contract No. 2023-17.002 presented for approval is for the construction phase (Phase II) of the process. The Project Manager with the Department of Public Works provided a direct selection of Halfacre Construction Company as the preferred CMaR to carry out the project at Marina Park and requests approval of this Amendment to proceed to construction.
