TITLE:                     Approval of William "Chuck" English to Serve a Second Term as a Regular Member on the Environmental Advisory Board to Serve a Two-year Term from September 27, 2022, to September 27, 2024.

 

 

Recommended Action

 

Approve William "Chuck" English to serve a second term as a Regular Member on the Environmental Advisory Board to serve a two-year term from September 27, 2022, to September 27, 2024.

 

Background Information

 

Currently, there is one Regular Member vacancy, two Alternate Member vacancies, and one Student vacancy on the Environmental Advisory Board.  The vacancies have been announced as required.  The City Clerk has received one application from William “Chuck” English. Mr. English is currently seeking to serve a second term on the Environmental Advisory Board. He has been a resident of North Port for over 12 months, he presently also serves on the Veterans’ Park Advisory Committee, and his attendance has been consistent and excellent on the Environmental Advisory Board.  There have been no voting conflict disclosures pertaining to Florida Statutes 112.3143(6).  His application has been provided for review and consideration.
