Recommended Action
Appoint Morgan Scott as an At-Large Member on the North Port Youth Council.
Background Information
Currently there are five (5) vacancies on the North Port Youth Council, two (2) of which are vacancies for At-Large Members, and the vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one (1) application from Morgan Scott for an At-Large Member position. Ms. Scott has been a resident of North Port for 12 years and is a sophomore at North Port High School. Ms. Morgan is a teen attorney for Teen Court and serves on no other Boards or Committees. Her application has been provided for review and consideration.
