Background Information

 

Landowner Richard Parsons is seeking to donate his vacant lot, Sarasota County Property Appraiser parcel identification number 1126233212, located on Bignay Road to the City of North Port. Staff has reviewed the offer and approved the request for donation.  There are no tax liens on this property according to the Sarasota County Tax Collector.

 

Resolution No. 2023-R-17 has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
