Discussion and possible action regarding revision to Section 46, Article V, of the Code of the City of North Port relating to camping.
Background Information
Section 46, Article V, of the City Code addresses regulations on camping. In the past 14 years since the code was initially adopted, there have been changes to State Statutes, growth within the City, and challenges for Code Enforcement. Commissioner McDowell feels that discussion on possible changes to the existing code is warranted
