TITLE: Approve the Application to the Sarasota County US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) in the Amount of $300,000 for the La Brea Park Playground Replacement Project, Located at 6340 La Brea Street, North Port, Florida, 34287, and Authorize the City Manager or the Mayor, as Applicable Under the City Charter, to Execute all Funding Documents After Legal Review, Should the Grant be Awarded to the City.
Recommended Action
Option 1: Approve the application to Sarasota County US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program in the amount of $300,000 for the La Brea Park Playground Replacement Project located at 6340 La Brea Street, North Port, Florida, 34287, and authorize the City Manager or the Mayor, as applicable under the City Charter, to execute all funding documents after legal review, should the grant be awarded to the City.
