Recommended Action
Appoint David MacIntyre for a second term on the Public Utility Advisory Board to serve from February 27, 2020 to February 27, 2022.
Background Information
Currently there are one (1) Regular and two (2) Alternate vacancies on the Public Utility Advisory Board. The vacancies and upcoming term expirations have been announced as required and the City Clerk has received no other applications. Mr. MacIntyre is applying for his second term on the Public Utility Advisory Board. Since his tenure on the Board from February 27, 2018 to February 27, 2020 Mr. MacIntyre missed two (2) meetings, both of which were excused absences. Currently, Mr. MacIntyre holds the position of Board Chair and his application has been provided for review and consideration.
