Approval of the December 8, 2022, Commission Special Meeting Minutes with recommended changes.
Background Information
The draft minutes were submitted for Commission review on December 13, 2022. Commissioner McDowell provided suggested changes on December 15, 2022, regarding:
UTILITY FEES RELATED TO HURRICANE IAN:
• Discrepancy of the motion at the 3H 10M mark: VM White made the motion as stated in the minutes, however, when Mayor restated the motion she added delaying payment and in times of emergency and left off other words. The recommendation was determined accurate by the City Clerk and changes were made accordingly.
