Recommended Action

 

Approval of the Consent by the City of North Port, Florida to the Acquisition of Real Property by the West Villages Improvement District.

 

Background Information

 

A requisite step in the process to acquire real property by the West Villages Improvement District is to receive consent from the North Port Commission. The requested Consent is for unplatted lands and portions of Tracts 1, 4, and 6 of the Plat of Wellen Park Village E located along the south boundary of the US-41 right-of-way in Wellen Park Village E.
