Recommended Action
Approve the reappointment of Thomas Noyes as a Member of the Bicycle, Pedestrian and Trails Committee, to serve a term from January 1, 2025, to January 1, 2028.
Background Information
Currently, there is one vacancy for Members for the Bicycle, Pedestrian and Trails Committee. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Thomas Noyes. Mr. Noyes has been a resident of North Port for over twelve months. Florida Statutes 112.3143 regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. Her application has been submitted for review and consideration.
