Option 1: Approve the reappointment of Howard Bearse as a Regular Member to serve a Fourth Term on the Municipal Firefighters Pension Trust Fund Board from September 10, 2026, to September 10, 2028.

Background Information
Currently, there are no vacancies on the Municipal Firefighters Pension Trust Fund Board of Trustees. The City Clerk has received one application from Howard Bearse for reappointment to the Board on June 15, 2026. Howard Bearse has been a resident of North Port for over 6 months and does not serve on any other Board or Committee. The application for Howard Bearse has been submitted for review.
There are no conflicts to note under Florida Statutes 112.3143.
