Discussion and possible action regarding the City Manager’s annual evaluation.
Background Information
Pursuant to the City Manager’s Employment Agreement, Article II, Section G (2), the City Commission must conduct an initial performance evaluation of the City Manager annually during the month of September at a public meeting.
The City Manager has provided a self-evaluation for the Commission which is included along with the Commissioners’ evaluations for consideration.

Financial Impact
Per Article II, Section 6 (2) of the Agreement, the Commission may consider adjustments to compensation based on the results of the performance evaluation. Funding for any potential increase will be included in the Fiscal Year 2023 budget in account no. 001-0800-512-1100.
