Approval of appointment of David L. Duval as a Regular Member of the Charter Review Advisory Board.
Background Information
There is one Regular Member vacancy on the Charter Review Advisory Board and two Alternate Member vacancies. The vacancies have been announced at the Commission Regular Meetings September 26, 2017 through April 9, 2019. The City Clerk’s Office has received one application from David L. Duval, who has applied for the Regular Member opening and there are no other applications pending. Mr. Duval has been a resident of North Port for ten years and is not currently serving on any other City Advisory Board or Committee. The application for Mr. Duval has been submitted for your review and consideration.
