Background Information
Granicus GovQA is the application the City Clerk’s office uses for public records requests. The City is entering into its fifth annual renewal with Granicus GovQA and renewal of the Agreement of terms and conditions is required.
The Granicus Proposal for North Port, FL with Master Subscription Agreement for the Renewal of Granicus GovQA for the term of one year in the amount not to exceed $23,737.95 has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.

The total cost of this Agreement is not to exceed $23,737.95 and has been included in the approved City Manager, Information Technology Division budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, account number 001-0710-516-54-00.
Procurement
