Recommended Action
Appoint Robert C. Dyer as a Regular Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, to serve a three-year term from November 23, 2021, to November 23, 2024.
Background Information
Currently, there are two vacancies for Regular Members on the Zoning Board of Appeals. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Robert C. Dyer for the Regular Member position and there have been no other applications submitted. Mr. Dyer has been a resident of North Port for over 12 months and does not serve on any other Boards or Committees. Mr. Dyer’s application has been submitted for review and consideration.
