Background Information
During the City Commission Regular Meeting held on January 9, 2024, there was discussion regarding the need to assess the impacts the collective developments will have on the roadway networks surrounding Talon Bay Drive. This can be accomplished by conducting a Traffic Study. This Traffic Study will confirm/deny if any roadway network improvements may be necessary and strategies to correct any deficiencies.

Procurement
The Contract for a Consultant to perform a Traffic Study will be procured pursuant to Section 2-404 of the City of North Port Procurement Code - Competitive Sealed Bid Process.
