Background Information

The Department of Public Works is requesting authorization to purchase real property located on Kacher Road, Parcel Identification Number 1138158620, currently owned by Kevin and Karen Kingswell. Adrian Gonzalez & Associates, P.A. completed an appraisal of the property on February 15, 2025, and valued the parcel at $23,000.
