Discussion and possible action regarding advisory boards relating to membership criteria, on-boarding or training, expectations of board members, their duties and responsibilities.
Background Information
Mayor Luke has requested a discussion with Commission regarding the City’s advisory boards relating to:
• membership criteria, particularly for those boards that are established and regulated by state statute
• on-boarding or training for advisory board members
• expectations of board members
• member duties, responsibilities, and limitations
• board membership in connection with candidacy for office.
