Recommended Action
Approve Resolution No. 2022-R-64.
Background Information
West Villages Improvement District has requested a partial release of easement relating to a City non-exclusive utility easement bordering Tamiami Trail, which was granted and recorded during the plat of Village E. The Florida Department of Transportation requires this partial release of easement to maintain the sidewalks for highway purposes. Utilities does not foresee any issues with granting this partial release of easement.
Resolution No. 2022-R-64 has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
