TITLE: Approve the Consent by the City of North Port, Florida to the Acquisition of Real Property by the West Villages Improvement District for portions of Tract 312 of the Gran Paradiso, Infrastructure Plat.
Recommended Action
Approve the request of conveyance of real property to the West Villages Improvement District.
Background Information
A requisite step in the process to acquire real property by the West Villages Improvement District is to receive consent from the North Port Commission. The required consent is for Lakes 61, 63, 69, and 70, which are portions of Tract 312 of the Gran Paradiso, Infrastructure Plat.
