Recommended Action
The City Commission approve PLF-22-233, Antigua at Wellen Park, Replat.
General Information
John Luczynski, on behalf of AG EHC II (LEN) Multi State 1, LLC, and Manasota Beach Ranchlands, LLLP, requests review and approval of the replat to remove the 15' landscape buffer from the lot sidelines associated with Lots 3, 7, 14, 28, 74, 84, 90, 106 and 149. The replat area contains approximately ? 1.6061 acres.
The site is located within Village E, West Villages Improvement District, Wellen Park MURN-2 (Mixed Use Residential Neighborhood), South of Tamiami Trail (US-41), West of River Road, East of Merlot Avenue, and North of Playmore Road.
The City has received a surety bond in the amount of $2,206,006.44 for infrastructure improvements, including sanitary sewer and potable water.
The West Villages Improvement District (WVID) has reviewed and approved the Antigua at Wellen Park, Replat.
The Antigua at Wellen Park, Replat has been reviewed and approved by the contracted City Surveyor.
During their Regular Meeting on January 19, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board voted unanimously 6-0 to recommend approval of PLF-22-233, Antigua at Wellen Park, Replat.
